2. Local Photo Compression

When you use Photo Mode, all compression happens entirely within your browser. Your photos never leave your device or get uploaded to our servers.

3. Cloud Video Compression

When you use Video Mode, your video is temporarily uploaded to our secure cloud processor for compression. Once processing completes, the file is automatically deleted after a short retention period. We do not view, sell, analyze, or permanently store your videos.

4. Cookies and Analytics

VidShrink uses Google Analytics to understand basic traffic and usage trends. This data is anonymous and never linked to any uploaded content.

5. Data Security

All uploads are encrypted in transit using HTTPS. Our cloud partners maintain strict security standards for storage and deletion. We never share or sell user data to third parties.

6. Your Control

You can use VidShrink without creating an account or providing personal information. If you choose to contact us, any information you send is used solely to respond to your inquiry.

7. Policy Updates
