VidShrink runs on two powerful engines:

• Video mode uses our secure cloud pipeline for big, stubborn files.
• Photo mode uses local FFmpeg in your browser so your pictures never leave your device.

We’re still tinkering and refining both flows, but the goal is simple: make shrinking files fast, private, and painless for everyday people.
